Scope
Designed and implemented a community engagement process focused specifically on involving the community in a conversation about the most effective and most needed program services for children, especially children most affected by historical inequities.
After collecting and analyzing the data, produced a community engagement report that describes methods used to engage the community, summarizes findings and recommendations related to program service needs and proposed programming solutions for each of PCL’s six program areas as well as any other key findings from the community engagement process.
